We're in panties fulltime. No pullups or anything--just plain panties. Today all day with no accidents...including nap time (2.5 hrs) & school (4 hrs). She even did #1 & #2 in a public restroom (blech) tonight when we were out to eat.
This has been almost a yr in the making, as she began using the potty before age 2...so we were like 50% there for forever!
Damn, I'm glad to be done!!!!!!!!!
Re: FINALLY
Yeah...it was a long time coming. Did y'all do pull-ups or just go from diapers to panties? I never tried pull-ups...I didn't want the additional hassle of buying MORE stuff like that. But maybe it would've moved the process along faster...who knows.
Awesome!!!
When is the next K clothing sale?

Hee hee, Harmony...probably in February....I'm not ready quite yet (it's a lot of work listing it all). Previous customers are always the first to know!

i learned this, too! i remember checking my email constantly, and when i got it, i was at sil's house, who had such a slow connection, i couldn't open the pics! and by the time i got home, everything i wanted was gone!
not to fear, though, now i have broadband!
That's great! And yeah, I'm sure if I would've gotten serious sooner (and maybe given in an gone the pull-ups route) we'd have been done sooner....but with hurricane refugees here until early Dec., then Christmas, I dilly-dallied.
I'm just glad to be done now.
Well, I say almost a year....the very first time she used the potty was in March '08 (23 months) although she was no where near being ready back then. She became a more regular user throughout the summer, and I should've probably pushed it then, however, we evaucated and came back (with refugees living with us for almost 3 months) and she totally lost interest during that time. So I didn't push it. But it got to a point where I knew she was capable of doing it...so I just forced the issue and it only took a few days of real persistance to finally finish it off.
