July 16 in Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

I had a miscarriage recently and wanted to wait and let it pass naturally. That didn’t happen and I ended up taking 3 rounds of meds to pass but now the dr wants me to take more and has not did any check up, ultrasound or anything. Is that normal? I have little trust in doctors.
