Nanny help

So we have been blessed to have family step in to help us after my husband and I both went back to work after our son was born. Unfortunately my sister in law has been unreliable and we need to look at another option for her. Both set of grandparents only want 2 days a week which is very understandable. My husband and I were taking recommendations from our coworkers who have kids and the daycares around us do not offer part time. I was looking at the website Care.com. I know they do background checks on the site for those who put themselves up for jobs because once upon a time in my early 20's I had a profile on there. I'm a little scared to use the website to find a caregiver but I'm not sure we have very many options open to us anymore. Has anyone here ever used that website in their area? What have been your pros and cons?
