Fresh scents vs fruity scents — which ones help boost energy safely during pregnancy?

Hi everyone! I’ve been trying to make my home feel more lively lately, especially in the mornings, because I often feel low on energy. I’ve read about “energizing scents,” but I’m not sure what works best — fresh scents like eucalyptus or ocean breeze, or fruity ones like citrus, berries, or mango.
Since I’m pregnant, I also want to make sure the scents are safe and not overwhelming. Has anyone tried different types of scents during pregnancy and found something that actually helps wake you up or lift your mood? I’d love to hear what works and what might be just hype.

  • i had the same debate with myself a while back, and honestly, it came down to mood shifts - on days I needed to settle, Sandalwood centered me better, but when I wanted to drift inward, Nag Champa helped me unplug. I found some good stuff and even some scent combo ideas over at nothingbutscents.com, plus their blog had a neat post on using incense for focus during meditation
