December 7 in 1st Trimester

Hi mamas. I’m 7w5d and a FTM, last night I had my 3rd dream about bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this ? I googled it and it said anxiety of loss but just wondering if anyone experienced this. I have had an abortion and miscarriage before so maybe that’s what triggered the thoughts but they are just a bit scary to me. 🥹
