Hello everyone! I just wanted to share that I have a doula and it has made my pregnancy so much better. When I went to my first OBGYN appointment I couldn’t be more grateful to have my doula. Pregnant people need so much more support than an appointment every four weeks. I encourage everyone to get a doula. Sometimes your insurance covers them! I’m in Miami and highly recommend mine if you’re local to me.
