Endometrium thickness ? What does it mean ?

I’m currently 4w5d. I went to the hospital because I was having pain & numbness in my shoulder & low back. They ran test, my hcg came back 360, all my other blood work came back fine. I’m not spotting & cramping is here & there, mild. They wanted me to do an ultrasound. I know it’s too early to see anything , but they measured everything. My ovaries are normal appearance. Right one is slightly bigger, normal vascularity to both ovaries. Uterus is good. But then it says that my endometrium thickened measuring up to 2.2 cm (22mm). Google is no help, it’s currently Thanksgiving today (Canada) so I can’t talk with my doc. Did anyone have or knew anyone that had this & had a healthy baby ? TIA
