What in the world is going on with this pregnancy? Did I ovulate late?

I’m currently 6w6d according to my LMP. I did an elective ultrasound today and the tech said I’m early. It looks like maybe the beginning of something but maybe 4 weeks. Anyone else experience this and have good news following?

When did you get a positive test? You could have ovulated late if you just found out and saw your first positive a few days to a week ago.  Though if it's been 2-3 weeks and your still measuring 4 then it may not be so promising.
