Anyone able to conceive after three live births and a fourth that ended in miscarriage? This is my first loss and I’m afraid I won’t be able to have a fourth.

I felt something off as soon as we got a positive, my armpit lymphnodes were painful, I thought maybe it was just hormones. Made all of my first appointments and now we lost baby.

I am very grateful and hug my babies that I have tighter every night, but we had dreams of a fourth and now my heart is broken
