Bottle Weaning Struggle

I'm looking for some advice on how to transition my 21-month-old off the bottle. I've tried transition nipples and every type of cup but he won't drink milk out of anything else. If he doesn't see his bottle nipple, he refuses it. He also asks for his bottle in the night and I'm worried about his teeth if this habit continues. Any tips on how to stop the bottle feeding in the night and how to get him to drink his milk out of anything but the bottle? Thank you so much in advance! 🙏
