Anyone else experience bleeding around 13 weeks?

I’m 13w4d, spent last night in ER due to sudden, bleeding. It was a lot at once and very bright red. After a few hours in hospital the amount reduced fairly quickly, but I’m still experiencing spotting. Ultrasound showed no concerns, baby’s heart rate was 144 and she was moving a lot. My hcg was a little over 50,000.
