Constantly sneezing for atleast a whole day, once a week

Hii All, I am in my 15th week now. I had my NT scan and double marker last week and everything is normal. But I have been having constant allergy issues. I have had it for years now. But it seems to have increased during my pregnancy, and I have runny nose and constant sneezing once a week for a whole day. Is this okay ?? I am very worried it might affect the baby. I get abdomen pain from sneezing. And my body gets very tired. I am worried if it might affect my pregnancy and baby growth. Doctor has suggested me to take Alerid, if it gets worse. But I am not getting any suggestions online saying alerid is pregnancy safe, there is little to no information. Pleasee help
