March 2026 Babies

Introduce Yourself!

Hey all 👋

I thought an intro thread would be a great start now to our BMB. I'm a 4x the bump user so I figured I'd get it going!

Tell us about yourself to your comfort level - your partner, any children, pets, work, hobbies! How you found out you're pregnant and your EDD? How are you feeling? I'm so looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Re: Introduce Yourself!

  • I am married to the coolest person on the planet that I did not give birth to myself! We have been married for 6 years and I am due the day before our 7th anniversary. My username comes from our mutual love for Marvel and my personal love for the scarlet witch. I am a 4TM with this baby (4th time mom... but maybe this is a clunky abbreviation lol). We have DS1 (almost 9) DS2 (5) and DD (2). I work in the legal profession and my DH is an amazing SAHD. We have two cats and a mini australian shepherd, so our house will be at max capacity after this sweet babe! I am 4w4 today.

  • Hi Hilary!! Congratulations! Our road to parenthood had many hiccups and losses as well. So happy you are here! How are you feeling?
  • @emeraldcity603 same 😂 #3 was supposed to be our last but honestly we were already outnumbered, what's one more? I come from a family of 8 kids, with a big age gap between the older and younger sets! I loved having a lot of siblings, there is much love to go around!

@fifilala516 due date twins! I think there's a specific kind of nerves reserved for your second baby! You know how hard certain parts can be, like birth, and that can be nervewracking to walk into again! Plus I know a lot of moms get worried they don't know how to love another baby as much as their first. You guys have totally got this!
  • Congratulations Brianna, welcome! My husband and I met in high school too and have been together 8 years!
  • Hi! I’m new here! Also a just found out I was pregnant 3:00am this morning!!! I’m so excited. This is my third pregnancy buts it’s been 8 years since my last!
  • Feeling good overall! I am surprised by the wave of exhaustion that has taken over. I’m normally an energetic person, so it’s been different to just want to take a nap! I had one day I was super nauseous, but I’ve learned to manage better now by grazing throughout the day so it’s like a 2/10 now. As much as the symptoms aren’t fun, I know they are good signs so I’m okay with it! :)
  • Hi!
I'm Lizzie. This will be baby #2 for my husband and I, our son is turning 2 in August. I'm 7+3 today (due March 3rd) based on LMP but I'm fairly confident I ovulated late so I expect that to change with my first ultrasound. I work part time as an RN and the rest of the time I am on our little homestead with my little side kick. So far I feel pretty good! A few days of bad headaches but overall can't complain. I had an absolutely awful first pregnancy, throwing up from 5 weeks all the way through my delivery, in and out of hospital for IVs, my blood pressure kept tanking, and I was in a not great mental space with prenatal depression. But I feel good, I'm feeling positive, so hopefully this is a sign of a more better experience overall!

@emeraldcity603 Oh my gosh hi! I had totally forgotten your bump username. I love that we are due in the same month again!

Hello! I got my BFP last night and I believe i'm due 25 March. This will be my third baby, but my children are 8.5 year old twins girls so I feel like I'm a first timer again, it's been so long! Slightly scared about having twins again!
Editing to add, I am super excited although have not fully processed this yet as it happened quite quickly. Trigger warning (loss) I've had 2 previous losses, so I'm also nervous and trying to keep myself from getting carried away. I am a stay at home mum, and my fiance works in finance. My boobs are very sore and lower back aches. I also got a positive covid test last night, right before my pregnancy test turned positive, so I feel rough in general.

@lizdiane456 I have seen some of your IG reels about wanting another baby. I’m pretty sure you are definitely the person I think you are! 😅😂 I struggle with remembering everyone’s username.

    ETA…
Ignore me! I’m blurring my people!
  • Hi All! BFP received a couple of days ago and current estimated due date is looking like March 20th (but will likely have a planned c section a week or two earlier due to previous pre e).  This will be baby number four, and that fact is still low key blowing my mind, but we are truly thrilled to be on this journey one last time! Currently have an 11 year old daughter, an 8 year old son and a just turned 9 month old daughter. I’m feeling fine so far and am really hopeful this magically becomes the one pregnancy I don’t throw up the entire 9 months through! 🤞🏻😂 Anyway, congratulations to everyone on your BFPs! Looking forward to being a contributing member on these boards once again. 🥰
  • Hi everyone. My name is Cara and I'm 6weeks pregnant with my first. I'm cautiously optimistic after a rough 2 years of infertility, but after 4 IUI's, 2 eggs retrievals and thyroid cancer, I'm excited to actually be pregnant which is a milestone I have never gotten to before! So far I'm feeling pretty good :) just seems like I have to go to the bathroom constantly! Still doing my hormone injections which is oh so much fun, but I will do whatever I need to. Looking forward to learning from all of you as we go through this journey together!
  • @hippiemama-2 we're our expecting our 4th also! Our oldest is 9 next week and so will be almost 10 years older than baby. It's not the age gap we imagined, but I'm so excited for it still! He was over the moon obsessed when our 3rd was born (she just turned 2) so I'm thinking (read: hoping) he's just as thrilled about this baby.
  • Hey, this is my 4th…my 3rd was also supposed to be my last. DS 15, DD 13, & DD 12 I’m starting all over again. I was around with my other pregnancies but I was young and felt bullied back then so stopped posting and just lurked. I hope this time around it’s different & I can actually talk to you. 😍

  • @mama_of_four welcome!! Lots of 4th time moms here this time! The bump can be clique-y at times, but I'd like to think this is a friendly lot. My kids all have 3 years in between so it's not starting over, but we will have nearly a ten year spread from oldest to youngest.
  • @mama_of_four After the massive exodus it became really slow and people aren’t as aggressive as they used to be. It was wild times back then. The group that left formed a new forum and then after several years split due to differences I believe. I didn’t follow too closely. I don’t think we will see any bullying on this board. I hope not since we are all adults.

Hiya! FTM here - also due Pi day! @Danglangcat89 - you found another nerd (your comment actually encouraged me to post). I WFH as an EA, and my hubby of 7 years travels a lot for work. We decided to start TTC in June and found out July 4th - so it’s been a bit of a shock. Thrilled but absolutely terrified. I live in the very rural southwest, so I’m excited to have a community of expecting mamas - both experienced and new!
  • I'm glad I gave you the courage to post @madelinegrace5! It's crazy because I got my positive one day before you got yours (while in a hotel on vacation). I also work from home, which has been a blessing. Not sure if I could keep being pregnant a secret with the all-day nausea if I had to be in office around other people. The folks who manage have my deepest respect.

Have any particular nerdy past-times getting you through the first trimester rush?
  • Joining the fellow 4th time mom crew! My husband and I have a 10 year old daughter, 8 year old son, and 6 year old daughter. I’m nervous about a bigger age gap than I’m used to but it will be nice having older kids to help! This was an IVF pregnancy so I’m doing progesterone shots until 10ish weeks which is a drag. Im a pediatric PT and my husband is military. I’m due March 29th and have my first US this week. Looking forward to getting to know all you ladies!
  • @beachmama14 welcome! Our kids will be juuuust shy of 10, 6, and 3 when baby arrives next year! We've had ~3.5 years between each baby and this gap is more or less the usual for us, but it wasn't the spread that we had necessarily envisioned when we were planning our family (TW: I had many miscarriages due to stage 3/4 endo). 10 years between oldest and youngest feels a bit overwhelming, but our oldest absolutely ADORED welcoming our 3rd and he was just shy of 7 then, so big kids are definitely so fun and helpful with a new baby. It can be hard to cope with your family dynamic not looking the way you expect, but there is definitely still good in it.
  • @thescarletmom We thought we were done after 3 and I started working again after being a SAHM for 7 years. Then we both started thinking well mayyyyyybe we aren't totally done lol My son has a genetic condition so it wasn't worth the risk to try and roll the dice with that naturally so we decided we would try ONE round of IVF and if it was meant to be it would work out... we got one genetically normal embryo that we transferred and here we are! Being a working mom during pregnancy is new to me, so even though I have done this a few times before, parts of it feel totally new! My other age gaps are 22 months and 27 months, so 7 years is gonna feel HUGE!
  • @robinj716 So are you going to share your sneak peek results with us? 😅
  • @robinj716 congrats!!! 💙💙💙 a band of brothers
  • @emeraldcity603 I don’t think we’ve ever been in a group together but gosh your username is like wow why have I seen that before. It just seems so familiar even when I know it’s not. I am losing my mind 😂

@robinj716 I have been on and off the bump since 2014 participating on different boards. I always come back when I have a new baby. This is baby #8 for us.

Also, my last 3 babies have been boys and I am going to absolutely die if this one is also a boy. I need a slow paced little girl and not a high energy boy trying to kill himself.
  • @midnightatsunset welcome and congratulations! With our second, we got pregnant the month before we planned to "officially" start trying. So we had one month of NTNP, and along came our second lol. It shocked us because I have severe endo and it took almost a year to get pregnant with my first. This is our 4th baby, and we went boy-boy-girl with the first 3. I can tell you for sure, no matter what sibling relationships are so special and fun! It would make our bedroom situation (we only have 3) easier if we had a girl this time, but we will be delighted either way too.
  • @thescarletmom what a nice surprise with your second! And wow baby #4, what a full house! Seems like there’s a lot of repeat moms for this birth month.
  • @midnightatsunset Do you happen to live where there is midnight sun? Our sun sets at midnight where I live in Alaska all summer long. Then it rises at 2:30 am.
  • @emeraldcity603 unfortunately my username has nothing to do with where I live. But I can see why you thought that! Especially since it’s true for where you live :) I just picked a username years ago in college that I liked because it sounded like poetic nonsense and it’s my default username anytime I sign up for a place where I want to be anonymous :)

That being said, I do live in MN which is not as extreme as Alaska, but does get quite cold and have long winters!
  • @midnightatsunset i would agree that there are more "veteran" moms on this board than has been my usual experience! And especially there's a lot more of us on our 3rd+ baby than I have usually seen! 4 is a full house to my husband, but I am one of 7 kids so it still confuses me a bit at first when people say we have a big family haha.
