Spitting up a blood clot

Hey everyone this is my first pregnancy and I never experienced a nose bleed before but I also spit up a blood clot has this ever happened to anyone is it normal?

I’m sorry you are dealing with that. The nose bleeds I’ve heard can be normal but the spitting up blood clot could be cause for further investigation. I would reach out to your OB to see what they advise as soon as possible just to be safe! Never know with these crazy pregnancy symptoms!
