I'm 33 weeks today and I have had issues with my Dr telling me that I am high risk due to a couple of high blood pressure readings my 1st and 2end Dr apt. Then when I went to have a second ultrasound at 24 weeks the Dr tried telling me that I had a short cervix and wanted me to have a cercluge done. When I looked up the reasons to have a cercluge it said a history of having miscarriages which I have not had. This is pregnancy number 5 for me. The Dr's office tried to make me 2 different appointments for times and days that I could not attend and now are trying to tell me that I need to go else where for the remaining of my pregnancy. I am considering having my baby at home. 4 and a half years ago I had my baby girl at home with no problems and thought I was doing the right thing when I took her to the hospital to be checked out, however the Dr ended up having cps come and the Dr lied to the cps worker which lead my baby not coming home with me. This being said I am very nervous to have my baby at a hospital let alone have my baby at home an go to the hospital after in fear they will try to take my baby again. Has anyone gone through something similar to this? Can I get in trouble for not going to the hospital if my baby is healthy and just go to the pediatric Dr within 3 to 4 days after I have my baby?
