Vaginal discharge

I am 13 weeks pregnant and I had little spotting when I wipe after pii. It happed only for once is it concerning. Should I have to go emergency about this

    It could just be your cervix is sensitive but you can ask your doctor at your next visit. Most hospitals tell you to only be concerned if you're bleeding red and have cramps. I had spotting twice when I was in the first trimester but it was due to a subchorionic hemorrhage they said would heal on its own. I also was peeing so much in the beginning and the toilet paper at work is rough so it irritated my urethra and it had pink when I wiped. Its also due to more blood being in the area that I'm more sensitive in general down there.
    Just watch it and see if anymore happens and if you have cramps or actual bleeding. You can try calling your doctor now and see what they say.
