Wish my OBGYN told me more about the importance of adequate vitamins

<p>I always thought taking a prenatal once a day was enough, but I’ve learned that your nutrient needs actually shift throughout pregnancy (like needing more iron in the third trimester). I only started realizing this after I got really fatigued and started tracking my intake with an app. It’s made a big difference, im not sure if it’s just placebo, but making me feel better overall. Did some research it looks like vitamin is a commonly neglected subject. I was winging vitamins tracking in the beginning, just doing a bunch of search on fruits. But use an app guys to automate this effort, you’ll easily burn out and not track if it’s too much work</p>
