I've had to start using my support belt during exercise or when I'm on my feet for a long time. My bump is pretty modest but round ligament pain is already kicking my butt without the belt.
I broke my tailbone climbing last fall, and it's been healed since November but it's recently started aching again. Not a huge fan. I'm using the support pillow I got when I was initially healing.
I'm feeling the baby move! I thought it would take longer because I'm a first time mom, so I'm pretty jazzed about feeling it already!
I'm starting to feel movements too! They're infrequent, but exciting. I'm having some sciatica pain (everyone tells me to sleep with a pillow between my legs, but I already do this, so oh well.) It's not all the time, but after I make it through most of the work day it likes to kick in. Round ligament pain comes and goes. I also still have to go to the bathroom constantly. My midwife told me yesterday that the baby was right on top of my bladder, so that makes sense, lol!
My massage therapist told me yesterday that basically everything that connects my hips and pelvis to the rest of my body is all screwed up. None of those issues were present two weeks ago. She's writing an email of the specifics for me to share with my physical therapist. 😂😩
General discomfort has set it. I am 25 weeks today with my 3rd. I went to the chiro on Wednesday and feel much better. I start pelvic floor therapy next week. I did pelvic PT my last pregnancy and it helped so much. I also did it about 9 months postpartum to help heal diastasis recti.

overall feeling pretty good! Riding that 2nd tri burst of energy. Been into cooking nutritious meals so that’s probably keeping me energized as well.

That's a first for me. Lol.
