Hiding pregnancy

Anyone else hiding or hid a pregnancy? When did you tell? 

I have a wedding to go to and NEED to hide it even though I’ll be 20w. I can’t announce when I’d feel comfortable because it’s to close to the wedding (we have a lot of the same family that I don’t see for long periods of time, so it’d be a hot topic) the bride and groom know and are family and are supportive of whatever including hiding it (they are over the moon) anyways rant over lol I want to hear some other peoples story’s please!

In all seriousness, why does it have to be hidden?  The bride and groom are happy for you, what does it matter? Its not like you are taking over the entire day.  Who cares if its clise to the wedding.  The day will be focused on them and who cares if your pregnancy is brought up.  It may be mentioned then people will move onto the next topic.  Just my opinion.

Definitely something to think about (I might be a bit to anxious that it’ll take attention away from them, I just love them and dont want to be “that girl” if that makes sense)

I’ve hid it during a wedding. I wasn’t showing yet. I drank mocktails (without anyone knowing) and nobody figured it out. 

Not the same situation, but I have a group of friends where we have girls’ night. The next visit is focused on helping someone move—moving furniture and other things. I just said I couldn’t go, which I feel bad about, but I haven’t even had my first ultrasound yet (I’m seven weeks).
