Infertility

Anyone might know about thus issues? Thx

Hello all,
31 years old
want to have a family.
I love kids so much!
not pregnent yet.
I have complex medical history wich is a mirical.
I had ROP (retina detachment) as premature had a surgery, going to my eye doctor every year
She said it's early to know now.
I see with only one eye, glasses nit helping and I can't see small objects but I do it all my way.
I also had stomach surgery, due to infection called NEC.
Don't know how to preaper my body as I need vitamins that helps.
will I be able to do c surgery?
I don't wanna get blind, cuz pushing mught danger my eye.
We might will have to go ivf too.
It's so much stuff that effecting one another.
Please help me calm myseof & be posetive and if anyone knows anything that might help

    I feel your worries and concerns strongly in what you write. You are suffering a lot. And yet in the midst of that suffering, you have the courage to try to build a family, even if you feel overwhelmed as to how to achieve that. To me, that reveals your inner strength, even if you don't feel particularly strong at the moment. You mention "we" so I'm guessing there's a partner in your life who is also on this journey with you. I wish you both the very best of luck in your quest. Some advice: Remember the power of positive thoughts, it is incredible how positive thoughts and a sense of calm can help the body. Focus each day on baby steps, tiny achievements, rather than the big goal, and aim for progress not perfection. If you have a faith, try to channel that faith and build on it to support your quest. Even if you don't feel you have a particular faith, still take time to sit in a church or on a park bench for a half hour and just watch, notice, what happens to your mind. What thoughts, messages come into your mind? Watch the film "Heal", which talks about how healing happens and what steps we can take to accelerate that process and become healthier. Another thing I have found helpful to calm my mind, get well and focus on what is important in life is intermittent fasting, (eating only during a 8 or 6 hour window each day)...if you can do it, it might be worth trying to see what happens to your mind and your body. There are just random bits of advice. Maybe some will resonate with you.
