However, I am having trouble deciding which one would best suit my needs and could really use your expert advice.

Right now i am dealing with lower back pain, hip pressure, and general discomfort when sleeping on my side. I’m looking for a pillow that gives full body support, especially around the belly, knees, and neck, and won’t take up too much space in bed. Easy to wash and breathable fabric would be a big plus too.
