Hi all ,
I’m 37 weeks pregnant, and 5 days ago I had this itchy rash appear on my body and spreading fast. Doctor said it’s PUPPP and tried hydrocortisone, Zertyx but nothing helped. It’s very itchy and uncomfortable. I’ve been crying a lot because of the pain and I can’t sleep at night.

My dermatologist prescribed Triamcinolone cream 0.1% to help with itching . I read about it and I’m worried it would hurt the baby since it’s steroids. Anyone had similar experience, any thoughts on whether to use or not ?
