I went to a private ultrasound place. I am 7 weeks 4 days the baby was measuring 7 weeks 2 days. The tech said she saw the heartbeat flickering at first and so did I and then at the end we couldn’t see it anymore. My uterus tilts backwards. She was saying the baby wasn’t viable. But I needed a trans vaginal ultrasound to be sure. Has anyone experienced this before? I am so worried now

This is why ultrasounds should be left to the professionals.  Ive heard more horror stories from these places.  Ho to your doctor tell them what hallened and they might get you in to do an US, or they may just have you wait until your appointment.   
An abdominal ultrasound isn't best at 7 weeks. Internal is best.  If you truly saw the heartbeat, you are not going to lose it in the matter of minutes- the odds of that happening are almost nill.
