Sister in Law Problems

Okay so I need your opinion on what you would do in this case … my sister in law basically hasn’t talked to me in months because my other sister in law had got mad at my husband and I because we told her to not just pop up at our house uninvited. Ever since then my other sister in law has not spoken to me and won’t even look my way but she holds my baby … which irks me because how are you going to hold my baby but not talk to me? If I have my baby she won’t try to hold him but if my mother in law has him she’ll try to hold him and talk to him & stuff. I really want to address this but I’m just trying to figure out he best way how.
