Sibling name for Lily & Rowan

We have a girl Lily and a boy Rowan, and we’re struggling to think of good siblings names (boy or girl, still waiting to find out). Rowan would have been Mae if he was a girl and I still adore that name, but the newest cousin in our family was named Maeve so we’ll save Mae for a middle name. 

We like old-fashioned names that are also timeless/classy. Any suggestions? Here are some I like:
Claire/Clara (but so many of my kids’ friends are called Claire so idk)
Julia (my husband doesn’t love this one)
Katherine (but I really dislike the nickname Kathy)
Elodie (I just discovered this name but I’m not sure if it’s too different) 

Any suggestions are welcome! Including for boy names, we don’t have any of those yet at all.

If you like Elodie but worry it’s too different maybe Eleanor or Eliza They feel classic but still fresh And for boys maybe Silas Theodore or Julian
