37 and hyper emotional 😢 😭

I'm 37 and just discovered a pregnancy i thought impossible I haven't been pregnant in 20 years... 

I'm super emotional and man don't the girls hurt. This is 100 percent different then the last time. [With my first i had super morning sickness and little else.] This one has little to no morning sickness..I'm so scared and full of anxiety. Plus sometimes I'm just super grouchy... does anything help with the mood swings it's wild
