6 week ultrasound…twins?!

I am an OB nurse and I did a transabdominal ultrasound on myself at 6 weeks before my first appointment. I see two gestational sacs. Does anyone else see what I’m seeing? Did anyone’s 6 week ultrasound look similar with twins?

You are an OB nurse, you have all the resources at the tip of your fingers to answer this question- yet you decide to post on a parenting page where people with no medical traing can give you any type of answer.

I had the same thought as @harpseal135. This post doesn’t add up. If you have access to scan yourself you have access to people to interpret the scan for you. Also, to an untrained individual, a SCH could look like a separate sac.
