Open and dilated fallopian tube

Hi,
My HSG show dilated tubes at distal end with bilateral free spillage, my doctor said that the tubes are open but are little dilated but didn't mention any reason for that to happen also I don't have any history of Pelvic infection, surgery or miscarriage . She also said that this can increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy as there's possibility of the functioning of the tube is compromised, did anyone go through the same and conceived, what are the options given by the doctors.
