Hi all, new here and just wanting to find some reassurance that I'm not alone.
This is my second pregnancy and I'm really struggling so far, sickness and migraines all through the first trimester and now nocturnal panic attacks. I know they are triggered by feeling so physically uncomfortable but no matter what I do I'm uncomfortable. I'm trying CBT techniques and they sometimes work but sometimes not. My GP prescribed me Sertraline but I don't feel that's right for me, not do I want the potential side effects of feeling worse for the first 4-6 weeks. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has any tips or just reassurance that it'll be okay.
