What is going on

I’m 5weeks 5 days and I still have very very very mild cramping that’s on and off but today my boobs are not sore. They went from feeling like they were a punching bag to nothing at all. I had horrible symptoms yesterday with morning sickness and all and today it’s basically nothing and I’m freaking out
