Upcoming Appointments: Wednesday!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴? Excited to finally be close to appointment time! I’ve been really exhausted and nauseous. Hoping this is the peak and things will improve in the next couple weeks. I also get an eye twitch this pregnancy. Kind of obnoxious.

𝗥𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀/𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀: It’s so warm out! It’s going to be 70 all week!!!

𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Anyone else struggling to take their prenatals? I have a line up of seven pills and I skip it like once a week. 

GTKY: Do you and your SO come from big families or small families? Has that impacted how many children you hope to have? We both have two siblings. I don’t think it impacted us since we started so late. But if we were maybe five years younger we’d probably consider a third. For right now though I hope to eventually foster.

Upcoming Appointments: next appointment is at the end of the month.

GTKY: Do you and your SO come from big families or small families? Has that impacted how many children you hope to have? My husband comes from a big family, while I come from a small family. We both really wanted our daughter to have a sibling.

@pinkkillersheep are you struggling to take it bc you're nauseous, or just forget? If you just forget, try pairing it with something else you do daily---ex you could leave your pill container by the coffee pot if you drink coffee every day. I take an allergy pill daily that I absolutely cannot forget to take or I will be miserable 😅 so I just take my prenatal at the same time and it helps me not forget to take it!

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁/𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲/𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗸/𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻: Green until my husband convinces me otherwise 😆

Upcoming Appointments: 16w checkup at the end of the month!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴? I've been feeling really lightheaded and dizzy the last few days. Tried upping my water intake in case that was the problem but it didn't really make a difference. Felt dizzy even when laying down in bed (like I was drunk and had the spins or something!)

𝗥𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀/𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀: The weather was beautiful all last week and we got to spend lots of time outside! Rant---now we are back to cold and rainy, and the time change has really been messing with my youngest

𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Anyone else feeling dizzy? (See symptoms above)

GTKY: Do you and your SO come from big families or small families? Has that impacted how many children you hope to have? Hubs and I are both 1 of 4 kids, we have always said we want 4 but we will see what happens after #3 🙃

@nsk489 It’s not so much forgetting as I avoid it until late at night because I always gag trying to take them and then if I’ve already gotten in the bed the chances I motivate myself out of bed for it are verrrrrry slim. As for dizziness, I had that earlier in first trimester. I called it lightheaded and dizzy but that didn’t quite match it. Like you, it was more like the feeling of the room spinning but without it actually spinning.

I come from a family of 5 and my husband has a family of 6. I think this has definitely impacted our decision to have 1 child, putting aside the fact that we've struggled with recurrent pregnancy loss,  now that we have a strong pregnancy, I think we both agree we will be a 1 and done family. We are blessed to even have our little girl arriving in September!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴? Maybe more energy? But my daughter has hand foot and mouth and norovirus is going around her preschool so just praying for health lol 

𝗥𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀/𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀: my OB doesn’t take my new insurance so I’m having to switch doctors and hospitals for delivery which has all my appointments delayed and I’m possibly missing my NT ultrasound 😕

haha yes. I am second of 12 kids so I definitely don’t want a big family. 2 kiddos completes our family, I figure I have 2 hands to hold 2 kids seems reasonable haha.
my husband is oldest of 3 but is happy with our girl & boy combo.
