Hey everyone,

I just found out I’m pregnant, and while I’m super excited, I’m also a little nervous about telling my 16-year-old son. I want to make sure I handle this conversation in a way that makes him feel included and heard.

For those of you who’ve been in a similar situation, how did your teenager take the news? Any tips on how to break it to him in a way that feels positive but also gives him space to process? I want him to feel like this is a change we are going through together, not something that’s just happening to him.

Would love to hear your experiences and any advice you might have!

Thanks so much
