Last ultrasound at 33 weeks showed baby frank breech. I’ve been doing the sifting, inversions, ball circles, deep squats and trying to relax the pelvic floor. I have a prenatal chiropractor appt scheduled for next week.
Not in the same boat but I just wanted to say that my mom had 5 kids and her *easiest, fastest* labor was my sister who was surprise breech. So just encouragement, breech isn't the end of the world and if you're going for a vaginal delivery you can totally still do that! Also there's a good chance you'll be able to turn baby anyway, my aunt just had her baby turned at 38 weeks and is wearing a band to keep him from turning before birth. ❤️
I do! She seems to just be hanging out and not wanting to turn. I have a version procedure scheduled, but I don’t know if I want to do it. I’m 34 weeks right now.
My baby still refuses to turn and I am at 37 weeks now. A C-section was schedule, which I am still unsure how I feel about it, but trying to just go with the flow!
yeah, I was in the same boat with my last baby and did all the same stuff, it can be super stressful but hang in there! this is what the 'Heal Baby Care App' mentioned… hope it helps! "It sounds like you're actively working to encourage your baby to turn, which is great! Many parents face similar situations, and it's encouraging to hear you're trying various techniques. In addition to what you're already doing, consider practicing pelvic tilts and using a warm compress on your lower abdomen to help relax the muscles. How are you feeling about the possibility of your baby remaining in the breech position?
