Anyone else struggling with constipation? I've tried Metamucil, miralax, and dulcolax and nothing seems to work. Whenever I would take miralax I would feel really sick after and I tried dulcolax for the first time today and felt sick and ended up throwing up. I don't have any pain or discomfort from lack of bowel movements so I guess I shouldn't worry about it 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I am having the same issue! Sometimes with one cup of coffee, it helps. Maybe try that?

Take 500mg of magnesium before bed daily. It will help you sleep better too.

A cup of coffee and a stool softener was a god send for me. But not every day though. I take the stool softer every 3 days.

I second the coffee - but for me it has to have milk and be sweet. Black coffee doesn’t seem to work as well for me.

yep same! chocolate milk at lunch and miralax at night seem to get things moving lol so far anyway

I drink the smooth move tea and it helps a lot!  Like once every week or two weeks depends

I cut out dairy this pregnancy & it’s been so helpful. Very regular, no vitamins needed!
