Stitch like pain

Lately I have been having this feeling in the middle/right side of my stomach that feel like a stitch being pulled apart. It started shortly after I was hanging some baby clothes and felt a pop, the pain usually only happens when I reach up with my right arm or when I am laying down.
Has anyone had anything similar? Is this something I should worry about or is it normal?
