Help me decide!

We don’t know the gender for my second child. First daughter is Sophie. Looking for some opinions! We are located in the nyc metro area if that makes a difference. Some thoughts are:

Girls:

Eliza

Josie (too similar to Sophie?)

Rosie (also too similar to Sophie?)

Gemma

Janie

Nelle/Nellie

Boys:

Eli

Max (Maxwell)

Levi

Miles

Josie and Rosie could cause some confusion (if yelled across a house for example), but they are pretty distinct, especially if chosen as nicknames (Josephine, Rosemary/Rose). Calvin feels like it ties best with Sophie, but I could not give you an iota of a reason why, just vibes, I guess.

I'm I didn't have a cousin in law named Rosie I would have 100 percent used the name. It is beautiful and adorable as a child and rose is such a nice name for a grown women.

Sophie's a beautiful name, Eliza fits real nice for a sister, and Miles goes great for a brother.

PERSONAL FAVS-
Girl - 1. Eliza (stylish, timeless, pairs well with Sophie, vintage but fresh) or 2. Nelle (Chic, cool, has the NYC vibes, I think Nellie isn't the way to go)
Boy - 1. Miles (Smooth, classy, matches really well with Sophie) or 2. Calvin (Preppy/brainy, Cal is such a good nickname, Calvin and Sophie pair amazingly)

Thoughts about the other names:
3. Gemma (This ones ok, just think its a different vibe, but it works if you don't love Eliza or Nelle)
4. Jaine (sweet and unique, however its a bit more retro and doesn't really fit the style, still could work)
5. Rosie (adorable but too matchy with Sophie due to the shared ie and rhythm of the name)
6. Josie (same as Rosie's description)

3. Max (Maxwell) (super popular, but Max and Sophie are really cute, so yeah my third option)
4. Eli (strong, simple, Eli and Sophie sound nice, short and classic, its ok just not amazing)
5. Levi (stylish, similar to Eli, Very popular name, it works, I just think there's better options, don't know about Levi and Sophie pairing).

Love Josie! I work with kids and had a very cute Josie with a sassy little personality. Don’t think it’s too similar to Sophie. Rosie is cute too and is my second favorite. I knew a very cute Poppy as well so also like that one. For a boy I love Maxwell, especially the full name, but I understand people would likely call him Max and that’s nice too.

Love Eliza with Sophie! They feel classic but not too matchy. Josie and Rosie are cute but maybe a little close in sound to Sophie.
