I am convinced I am just exhausted, no matter how much sleep I get lol but I do miss not having to get up every 5 minutes to pee while I am trying to fall asleep!!
I just started 509mg of magnesium before bed to help with constipation and it’s done that plus it’s great for getting deeper sleep. I only wake once to pee now and sleep more soundly. OB recommended it.
