How are you feeling?: tired tired tired. I feel like I’ve gotten significantly larger in the past two weeks. Anxious about how time is flying but at least our nursery is done and I think we have everything we need! 

Rants/Raves: natm I am too tired to think lol. Maybe that’s my rant.

GTKY: Whether you’re a FTM or TTM+, do you think about having more kids after this one? Why or why not? Probably not given my age. I don’t want to have kids back to back, and also I am not interested in going through another pregnancy in my 40s, so this is probably it for me. If I’d had kids younger though I might have gone for a second!

How are you feeling?: physically I've still been feeling really good. Mentally I'm starting to panic a bit about how soon baby will be here and just praying i am as prepared as I can be 

Rants/Raves: major rant.... I was surprised by a text from the HOSPITAL at about noon today saying "thank you for scheduling your induction for December 30th.....". My OB decided to schedule my induction for exactly 37 weeks without discussing it with me first. Internally i freaked tf out when I saw the text 🙃 my BP was high at my last two OB appts, they tested me for pre-eclampsia each time and I do not have it. I monitor my BP at home daily and it was been good at home, but I'm getting nervous at appts lately and it's causing my BP to be higher than normal when I'm at the doctors so they went ahead and scheduled an induction without even discussing it with me first. After 5 hours I finally got a call back from the doctor and she agreed it was safe to wait for jan 6th instead but this just reallyyyy had me worked up all day and upset with how the doctor handled this.

Questions: none right now 

GTKY: Whether you’re a FTM or TTM+, do you think about having more kids after this one? Why or why not? I would love to have one more after this 🥰 if I was starting younger, I would love to have three kids, but I'm hoping to give baby boy a sibling to grow up with in the not so distant future

How are you feeling?: feeling a bit anxious now that I’m really into the home stretch - any day now! Gotta say - this last month has been tough in terms of size and mobility, but we’re hanging in there! Can’t believe it’s almost here. Thinking of all the mamas in this group that have already given birth! Sending lots of love and comfort during your recovery + first few weeks with baby your way. 

Also feeling super tired and sleepy - the fatigue reset this last month.

Rants/Raves: similar rant @jaclyn-ak. An induction for this Tuesday even after  had conversations with both my OB’s office and MFM. It is not what we discussed nor my preference. Ive told them to cancel that scheduled induction and put me on the waitlist for my preferred tentative date in the event I don’t go into labor on my own prior. I’ve made a plan with my doula and am meeting both sides in the middle re: timing of when to do things in the event I don’t go into labor on my own between now and my due date.

Since this was unplanned + our age, likely no more kids for us, and have already started discussing birth control methods to discuss at my 6 week check up postpartum.
