Pubic bone pain

I’m 16 weeks and having pretty bad pubic bone pain.
Is anyone else experiencing this and how are you coping to help it feel better or go away

I’ve experienced this too, and my OB said it’s fairly common as our bodies adjust to pregnancy. Wearing a maternity support belt helps me feel better, along with sleeping with a pillow between my legs or using a body pillow on my side. Low-impact exercises like swimming, walking, or prenatal yoga helps too. It's best to avoid sudden movements, twisting, or activities that strain the pelvis, and try not to stand or walk for long periods. Get plenty of rest as well.  :)

During my first pregnancy i started feeling a lot of pain and it was due to a vulvar vein. It went away once i delivered
