Too early to take pregnancy test?

Wondering if I’m taking a test too early. Have taken two negative tests but having all the same symptoms as I did when I found out about my first. Also the cramping feels a little different from period cramps and still haven’t gotten my period. Technically it’s only two weeks after ovulation so I’m wondering if it’s just too early to get a positive result? And I’m wondering if I just notice the symptoms more now since I’ve been pregnant once before. Whereas with my first it was unplanned and I had no idea what to expect to I didn’t test until I was technically 5 weeks already and it was still a fairly faint positive.

It’s probably too early. I tested negative 3-4 days before my missed period. Had a positive 5 days later with a faint line. As for symptoms, this is number 5 for me and all my symptoms were different every pregnancy. I don’t have any & I’m 5 weeks.

  • megmay28  If you're early enough to get symptoms from a PG, you're early enough to turn a test.  If you get a BFN, your symptoms are not from a PG.
