Mama of 3 here. Your body is going through a lot of changes. I tend to not get my period until my baby has completely weened off of breastfeeding (about 1 year post partum). But every body is different. You can test as often as you'd like, especially if you're not using any form of birth control.

Same on the missed periods. I’m 5 months postpartum and pumping exclusively. No periods. Enjoying the longer break!
