TTC after miscarriage

So my husband and I experienced a miscarriage earlier this year and now I feel my body is all out of wack. Recently we just got the go ahead from my dr that it is safe to try again! We are so excited but now I’m growing worried. My last menstrual cycle was 2 weeks long. And now my menstrual cycle is a week late. All tests are negative and I feel fine but I’m just trying to see if this has happened to anyone else? It’s confusing and discouraging, I’m trying not to get my hopes up but what do you guys think?

Sorry for your loss.  It can take a long time for your body to regulate out after a MC, and sometimes what it regulates out to is some new normal, and not what you're used to.  Honestly, I recommend reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility and starting basal body temping.  It helped me SO much post-MC to know what was happening with my body, when I O'd, when I could expect AF or should take a test.
