Ovarian pain

Has anyone felt a dull ache in their ovary around 4 weeks that’s mainly on one side but will also be on the opposite side that wasn’t an ectopic pregnancy? I have a history of ovarian cysts and always feel when I’m ovulating so I don’t know if that could be a cause. This is my 4th pregnancy and I can’t fully remember if I felt this before. It’s mostly a dull ache in the right ovary area that will also be present I. The left or both and it feels like I have a stitch in my side.

I’ve had this. I’m six and a half weeks now and have felt it off and on since three and a half weeks. I’ve already had an ultra sound and everything is in the right place, so I’m curious about what’s causing it. For me, it might be digestion related and my nerves are just confused about where the discomfort is coming from… 
update: could be really early round ligament pain…? Usually starts in the second trimester but can happen earlier, especially when it isn’t your first pregnancy.
