Glob discharge at 19 week. Concerned!

I’m almost 19 weeks and just had this discharge. Literally a big glob. I’ve had lightning crotch and random cramps the past couple days too. Is this normal pregnancy stuff? Or should I be concerned?

I get globs like that fairly frequently in pregnancy. My midwife told me to monitor the scent and color: if it smells strongly “fishy” and gets yellowish, it could be a bacterial infection like a yeast infection. 

However, your body does produce more mucus during pregnancy, and having it get sticky and globlike is not uncommon. It could mean you are just a bit dehydrated!
