Baby measuring small, possible miscarriage

According to my last period, I should be about 10 weeks. Today at my first scan I was measuring 5 weeks 5 days. The doctor wants me to come back in a week. He said it was a 50/50 chance that it may result in a miscarriage. Does anyone have any positive stories, that have had a similar situation? Maybe I ovulated late? Asking for prayers!

It’s possible you ovulated late, but that’s pretty far off. How long are your cycles normally? When did you get a positive test?
