Dating Scan @ 6 Weeks & 5 Days . Gestational Sac not circular

Hey everyone. Not sure if this is allowed…

Just had my dating scan this morning at 6 Weeks and 5 Days.

I am pregnant with our third baby after a year of trying and having to use Clomid to conceive .

When I had my ultrasound this morning the U/S tech did locate the embryo with a fetal heart rate of 120 bpm.

The gestational sac isn’t oval / circular but more horizontally shaped almost like a hot dog. 

I had an oval / circular shaped gestational sac with both of my boys so I’m nervous. 

Also, she said that there is a pocket of fluid outside of the gestational sac as well so they want me to come back on November 6 @ 9 weeks .

I am having so much anxiety right now and I am sick to my stomach over this.

I’m worried for the inevitable of having a miscarriage due to the shape of the gestational sac.

I had a very early miscarriage in beginning of April.

Also, I had two C sections with my boys and I know there is some internal scar tissue .

Has anyone else gone through this and it ended up being okay?
