Help please ! Need advice

Hi I’m 7 weeks today. For the past week I’ve been very nauseous, but yesterday and today I’ve experienced no nausea. Is it normal for it to come and go during early pregnancy. Please need your advice I’m very scared right now as I’ve had a previous miscarriage before
