This is common in Spanish but Catalina is one I had never heard it before (as the English one of the relationship) and I think it's really pretty. I'm trying to convince my husband to spell it Katalina because that spelling is used to but much less often. (At least where he is from)
I never really considered it but I worked with an adorable little girl named Pilar so now I love that name. I also like Marcela. Those seem less trendy. For a boy I like Marcelo (also knew a very cute little boy) and Andreas. Love Adrian but seems more common.
