Anyone experience sharp pains when laughing or coughing? My OB says it’s completely normal to have round ligament pain, but damn… this is not cool! I can’t even laugh without grabbing my belly in pain!

I had sharp round ligament pain when coughing or sneezing during my first pregnancy. It scared me so bad! It’s been better with my second, probably because the ligaments are all stretched already, but I still have to move carefully. Sometimes rolling to/from my back or trying to sit up from laying feels like I’m pulling a muscle 🤦‍♀️

I started experiencing something like this this weekend. Feels like i pulled a muscle in my belly. It was an active weekend without much rest so hoping taking some slower days helps. (22w+ 3d)
