Had ultrasound after miscarriage yesterday

Took cytotec last Friday, and was seen yesterday to make sure everything had passed. The ultrasound tech said my uterus looked perfect, everything was gone and it was ready for a new egg. My left ovary had about a 19cm follicle that is preparing for ovulation. The dr predicted ovulation to be 24-72 hours away and requested I take ovulation tests to confirm a peak, and if not she wants to test my progesterone. So far with my two tests LH appears to have gone down when testing. Anyone have any insight?
